Processing Time

Each piece of BLGJewels is meticulously handcrafted to order. We kindly request that you allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) for the creation of your order before shipping. If you have a specific deadline or require expedited shipping, please reach out to us at support@blgjewels.com, and we may be able to accommodate your needs.

Shipping & Returns

We happily accept returns and exchanges. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and send the items back within 14 days of delivery. To obtain a return authorization, email us at support@blgjewels.com (no refunds will be given without return authorization). After 14 days from the delivery date, returns are only eligible for store credit up to 30 days.

When returning items, please use the original box, an insured trackable courier, and keep your receipt for your protection. BLGJewels is not liable for lost or damaged items during transit. Include a note with your name and invoice number in the package. Shipping charges on returned items will not be refunded.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will notify you via email and confirm the refund has been issued. Allow 1-3 days for this process.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items: Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items unless they are damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Made-to-order Eternity Bands
  • Sale items
  • Items purchased during a sales event

Return Conditions

Buyers bear the responsibility for return shipping costs. Items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.

Cancellations & Address Changes

You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Address changes can be made anytime before your order ships. To do so, please contact us directly at support@blgjewels.com with your order number in the subject line.
